My A4.

Here's my Ruger 556, I'm a no bull type of guy. Took the rear sight off and added the carry handle, that's what I qualified and carried way back in the 90's so that's what I went with.

Here my home built upper and lower receivers. I had the BCG jam but I got it worked out and I use a BCM Nitride BCG now. I have can use as either a single point sling or a dual point. I put the Magpul ambidextrous sling attachment point QD. I also put a Magpul M-LOK QD sling mount.

A few of my favorite things.

Top to bottom:
.308/7.62x51 18" barrel
7.62x39 16" barrel
6.5 Grendel 20" barrel

And another of the Grendel sporting its new VG6 65 epsilon brake, Luth-AR stock, and accu-shot monopod.

My reliable: Stag Arms lower, Giessle SSA trigger, Aero Precision 14.5" upper with MLOK handguard, Brownells BCG, EOTech EXPS 2.0, Surefire M600, Magpul buttstock and grip, BCM foregrip 20190401_171435.jpg

I like the looks of some of your builds. Here's one I added to the stable yesterday:

I added the gen III PRS stock, Radian raptor charging handle, harris bi-pod, armaspec mag release button, magpul K2+ grip. I had to make a damn barrel nut wrench to tighten the barrel nut too, because when I got it home and started swapping parts, I noticed the Troy Alpha handguard was loose. I wiggled things even more and then noticed the barrel was loose. Took the handguard off and took the barrel nut off by hand!!!!!!!!! Bought it at Northwest armory, but it was fresh out of the box, so I don't blame them. But the guys at S&W have me in a foul mood.... This morning when I woke up at 5:00, I thought to myself, I'm going to just go and cut out a barrel nut wrench and that's what I did:

Worked like a champ. Torqued the barrel nut down to 70 ft lbs, no problem whatsoever. Shot it today and the rifle shows excellent promise. Sub moa 5 shot groups and about double that size with 10 shot groups. That was with cheap Selior and bellot ammo that was $15.00/box, and some handloads I threw together real fast. I can't wait to start load development for this one. I'm thinking it will go into sub moa pretty easily, and that is a good thing...

Just mechanically completed, my "C8A3 In Training"...

Stock and handguard rail still on the way. And oh BTW, before this photo it had a pistol tube that I swapped out, so it was completed as a 16" Super-Size Pistol first. (Oh to be a foot taller and have a wardrobe budget allowing trenchcoats so I could CCW this monster just to give Ferguson a big fat middle finger in the face...)

you can see my before picture on page 1, which was the fresh build...I have done additional upgrades since.
Spike's nickel-boron BCG
Spike's T2 buffer /spring
OdinWork's adjustable gas block
P.O.F. 3.5 Lb. straight drop-in trigger
Radian Raptor charging handle
added an Inforce weapon light
added an Eotech xp 2-0
added a TDI Arms vertical grip

Faux Dissipator. Purchased from a member here. I had initially wanted to come up with cash for other projects and had this on the copping block

Slapped a few spare parts on it
(quad rail, rail guards, vert grip)
(bipod mounted for the range trip that day).. and suddenly I want to keep it. Go figure.
