My 610-1 with fancy walnut grips from Altamont. They are from an uncatalogued limited run. 1A0D3F17-FD3E-4A3A-AC3D-9AC3336E737E.jpeg D97736C3-45A0-4206-BFC7-D1C55535328E.jpeg BAD96FD9-BCEA-4007-AC49-D1EFCE4F3DA9.jpeg 8726B674-6620-44FA-B747-7FEBAF6995BC.jpeg

Started messing with thd gen 4 Glock 35. Sent the slide off to Jagerwerks to be milled for the RM06, have the the slide bobbed and refinished.
They do nice work!
I gutted it and replaced everything with trigger parts, extended mag release, and threaded barrel from Lonewolf.
Did paperwork for an Osprey 45 suppressor.
ATF says it's looking like late November eary December. Play the game...be the winner!

That's one funny looking revolver!

H&R Sportsman Model 999. It was built in 1937. It's a nine round .22Lr. It belonged to my wife's uncle and she inherited it. We think her grandfather had bought it new. Unfortunately, a bunch of years ago we had it re-blued and it turned out awful, the guy tried to cold blue it (instead of hot blue) so it turned out in like three different colors because of the different metals, it was heartbreaking. So, we recently had it cerakoted. I still wish we had never messed with at all, but at least now it is all one color and looking good. My wife has decided that we're not going to shoot this one and just keep it safe since it's a family heirloom.

This thread has a shortage of 4" S&W Model 28's. I think the shorter Highway Patrolman is more attractive than the 6" I used to own. Now, the Diamondback .22 has to be A six inch!

In case anyone's interested, I was in Cabela's in Tualatin for a minute today, and saw a nice looking 6" S&W 66 (-3? I think) for $499. That seemed like a fair price in this day and age.

The underrated 1851 Colt Navy in .36 caliber. You can put a hole right through, and out the back side of those green steel propane canisters. Doesn't even leave any residue inside from the roundball. Pietta replica. No wonder Wild Bill carried a couple of the originals.

Dad has finally "pulled the trigger" and bought his 40 year #1 grail gun last week...he got the OK from the Sheriff to pick it up today, and he got to really pull the trigger this afternoon...

I absolutely prefer blue steel on a revolver, and I was kinda pizzed Colt only makes them stainless now, but get this thing out in the sun and it's an absolutely stunning finish... Darker than typical SS and practically glows.
and it shoots better than it looks, the action is WOW
The S&W 586 is a beauty too, but there is no comparison... after shooting them together cowboy style it's obvious the Smith needs some time on @Velzey 's bench.
