Not to be a buzzkill, but the "Affordable" Care Act is unconstitutional, but managed to be up held.

Hopefully Stomper the Supreme Court will deal the Ocare it's death blow in it's next decision over subsidies eligibility on or off the federal exchange coming up soon. Keep an eye on it. They bypassed lower court to take this one so you know it's key to Ocare's demise or so called success.
