if your mean the Romainian PSL then yes it will fit as this came off one.

also: The writing on the dial that says "DREAPTA" means "Right" and "STINGA" means "Left" in Romanian (Native Speaker), and PSL stands for "Pusca Semiautomatica cu Luneta" which translates exactly to "Rifle Semiautomatic with Scope" or in correct english "Semiautomatic Rifle with Scope".
