She won't doing anything different than the last several.
She was hired because of her skin color and gender, but it will do little to squash the fact that the city is filled with beggars and criminals who refuse to take responsibility for their pitiful lives.

So it will continue to get worse. What are they going to do when another dirtbag gets shot buly the LEOs?
Go the route of Baltimore and stop trying to prevent crime? Just let it happen, then maybe like Baltimore we can surpass Chicago in murder rates.

Maybe thats the dems game plan. Chicago is such a craphole if we make other cities follow suite they will get so bad we may look good?!

As far as the new chief goes. I wish we could get someone, anyone, that would be able to make a difference. Unfortunately it's the people of Portland that can make the difference, and they have been off the tracks for some time with no indication that anything, short of allowing a large section of the population do anything they want, will make it better anytime soon.
