I was tempted by this deal. Even having to add another caliber it would be worth it. The main issue for me is the folding stock is welded so that you would need to SBR it to be able to use the stock. That might be worth it though depending on how much you like the gun.

They usually have the 9mm version available also, I have both.

9mm would be awesome. Have heard nothing but great reviews of these. Probably would be worth it at $379 + $200 for tax stamp to be able to use brace.
