I'm selling my Police issue vertical floor mount base for their IN-Car shotgun rack. No idea what brand and it will need new felt and a paint-job (not in that order) 
Very rare from what I have been told. It's aluminum and would look sharp sanded down and polished!
May be interested in trades. Not sure if anyone would even want this thing. Came in a load of Police Equipment I purchased recently. I see whole racks online for almost $300 so I figure $100.00 might be okay to ask.
