This Chief has taken a position that is a mirror image of a State/County/City ignoring immigration laws and cannot be argued by the left.
In effect it carries greater 'weight' due to Constitutionality as opposed to outright defiance of the law as with immigration issues as he mentioned.

When people use the Gun to car comparisons . It gives the anti Ideas , like you have to register your car or Insurance is required on your motor vehicles.

The Antis have had those ideas for a long time already.

They don't know the meaning of, ".....shall not be infringed".

Then.....the buzz is the "reasonable and common sense" mantra.

But, the real implication is... If you don't agree. It's because YOU aren't reasonable and have no common sense.

See how that works?

To THEM the Constitution says.......

A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed, unless I say it's reasonable.

Aloha, Mark

Yet the anit's own cars that are capable of exceeding 100 MPH. And they let their teenagers drive them without adult supervision. And others die as a result of this. Reasonable? :p

Owning a firearm is a right...
Being able to drive / own a car is a privilege...
There is a world of difference between the two.

Rights are for everyone....Privileges are for a few / some.
We are in trouble when The Bill of Rights is being turned into The Bill of Privileges...
The comparison of driving a car and owning a gun is wrong from the start because of the above.

Its a Right, its that simple. Here in Douglas County we recently passed by the voters to ignore all unconstitutional gun laws.
It was already established by the county, and now was also confirmed by the voters.
These right are solid in our Bill of Rights............ it is not the bills of maybe, or can, or privilege. Its the Bill Of Rights.
Don't understand that, I don't care....these rights will remain intact. And not removed by the whinny voice of the opposition.

Wait a minute....

Right.....Privilege....

It all makes sense now. They harp about privilege and how they need to be checked. Which demographic owns the most guns and which demographic is told they are the most privileged. I just cracked the code!
