Pocket vs. IWB holster

I'm picking up a surplus P64 pistol later this month that I intend to use as a carry piece once I get my CCW. As far as a holster goes, its a toss up between an IWB and pants pocket holster. What are the advantages/disadvantages of each? I'm more or less leaning towards pocket holster because this pistol's profile is perhaps only slightly wider than a thick wallet.

I always prefer IWB or OWB holster.

with pocket holster, drawing from a seated position is problematic (if you wear cargo pants all the time, it might be a less problem).

I carry wallet on right pocket, cellphone on left pocket. so pocket holster isn't option for me.
