Sorry but I don't know what a screen shot is. I'm a dinosaur and I have a dinosaur system but it is the only one I have that I can make work with NWFA and other sites. My PM's come in OK for me to read and respond to but when I want to call them up to clean out my inbox that is when they read out in vertical single file, and there is no option to leave the conversations.
