Not to sound contrite but not at all. It wouldn't be a right then.

My wife is a MD but I swear sometimes she couldn't buy a clue. We had a discussion about the first amendment the other day, she said she thought there should be 'reasonable constraint' of it. I said who gets to determine whats reasonable? If rights are subjective rather than concrete, they are just privileges based on current public opinion.
