WTS WA Plate carrier for sale, $30

I've had this for a number of years, and it was used occassionally in courses, and I thought perhaps I might use it on deployments but instead it just stayed lonely in the closet. To be honest I don't remember who made it and there are no identifying tags, but it is well made and in excellent condition.
It's way past time to move it on so if this interests anybody it's up for grabs for $30.00, to be picked up in the central Gorge area near White Salmon, Wa. or I can meet in Hood River, Or.
