Place to do an FFL transfer in Gresham?

Any recommendations for a place to do a private FFL transfer? I'm driving up from Dallas to get a rifle from a guy from Washington; we're meeting in Gresham.

Anywhere except Keiths Sporting Goods. I called them to ask, sat on hold for 15 minutes, and then he told me yes they could do it but he didn't know what it would cost. I'll go there if I have to, but rather not.

there are few close to I-205, but I don't think there is any gun shops close to keith's.

if I remember correctly, they charge $35 for transfer. I don't know why they said they don't know.

I live in Gresham and a few places I can recommend are Money Market Pond, which around 137th or so and Powell (just a little west of Gresham on Powell) and then there's Rapid Fire Arms which is about 15 minutes away from Gresham in Sandy, OR. I recommend both. If its just 1 gun, then Money Market Pawn Shop on Powell usually has a better price for transfers ($20 transfer + $10 BG fee last time I went there).
