Pinning Flash Hider to 14.5" AR barrel Oregon area Gunsmith recommendations?

I'm trying to see if there's any place locally that could do a good blind pin job so my AR can be legal. Has anyone else done this before? Would the barrel have to be completely removed to re-blue it or whatever?

Permanently attach muzzle brake or flash hider on rifle when sent in for threading.(blind pin and TIG weld over pin) $35

You can have it re parkerized or just paint over that spot with high temp stove paint (which would be much cheaper and matches parkerizing closely, I'm sure the barrel will have to be removed to park. it).

Sweet! Thanks Drew, it seems like all roads lead to Tornado Tech... but, for some reason they are not accepting rifle barrels at the moment.. I will give them a call on Monday and see what's up.. Thanks again!
