Four aces is your only real option. None on public land to speak of, and the few ranchers that do have them won't let you hunt.

No, the ranchers charge a fee to trespass (hunt) their land. You will be hard pressed to find feral pigs on public land.

If you'd like to start hunting them on public land, be the fool who releases them to BLM land... sit back and enjoy the crap-show. Then in 10-15 years you can have all the lean bacon you want in Oregon.
