I live in Spanaway west of where this happened. I know some people that live on the Kapowsin HW and they lost power. The news said that the "CREDITABLE" FBI sent word to Pierce county that they may be a target. This "IS" the new target for causeing disprution to the masses. Across our country look at how many of these sub-stations there are. NONE of them are guarded in any manner other than a chain link fence. It caused people to cancel Christmas for over 7,000 house holds. I would suspect the first that will be done is to put up cameras like they are now doing in store parking lots and high traffic areas. So now the bad guys will wear masks. It would be way too expensive to put a around the clock armed guard at every sub station in the nation. But we could have maybe done that with the Trillions we just sent to the Ukraine.
