Was at an arts and crafts fair last weekend. One of the exhibitors had a couple of custom Nerf guns, IIRC about $50 each. Looked great and he said still functional.

SyFy is known for using Nerf blasters modified and painted in thsir tv shows.. like Defiant and Terra Nova.
