Well, looking at parts kits, It's obvious there are less and less on the market these days. Still, I want one. But I am always seeing kits with a "new" barrel" or no barrel. Is there and advantage or disadvantage of getting one of these? Are they harder or easier to put together?

    Thanks,
    Tucker

    Matching numbers with original barrel.

That is the one to get.

You can go the new barrel route if you are an experienced machinist.
