Quite a tank of a gun but shoots nice for its price point. Its my first 25 caliber airgun and I think I'm in love with this bore size. It hits like a freight train. Really put the smack on a squirrel. He didn't even twitch.Also seems to be plenty accurate and has a fairly nice hunting trigger pull. This is my 3rd pcp air rifle and the least expensive. I have only one complaint so far & that is that it is louder than my last two. My first gun was an FX Monsoon (semi auto 10 shot 22 Cal.) My 2nd was a Theoben Rapid MK 2. Bolt action 22 Cal. That was mouse fart quiet. Both superb guns but IMHO they are too expensive to beat around in the brush at $1700.00 base price without scope or mounts. The MRod is much more affordable at under $500 base price and it seems to be a well enough build gun too. I think I'll be keeping it!
