Pfeifer Rifle Co.- need information

Just found (have not purchased yet, but brought home to check it out) a "Pfeifer Rifle Co." made in Roscoe California. Built on an FN Mauser, 1949 production. Beautiful walnut stock with a 24" barrel. Some bluing wear on barrel. Otherwise, one of the nicest fit and finished rifles I have seen, certainly nicer than any I currently own. I can hardly find any information on the rifle on the internet. Therefore, I can't figure out what it is worth and how desirable it is. Any help appreciated in terms of quality and value. thanks.
