This is a neat pistol for sure.
It appears to be a percussion "Saw Handle" dueler / target pistol.

It also seems to be either a well made custom pistol or maybe a original antique.
Can't say for sure without seeing the pistol in person ...
If possible I'd be happy to take a look and see if I can help ID it for you.

What kind of bolt action .22 are you looking for...?

Not knowing what it is hard to put a cash value on it. Pedersoli pistol is the only one I found that looks like this. I'd be glad to show it to you and you could make an offer. I'm looking for a target .22
