PDX pin-and-weld

Assuming this is the right sub-forum to be inquiring, but does anyone know of a gunsmith in the greater PDX area that does pin-and-welds to get a 14.5" up to a 16"? How much does this service usually run?

I know that Curt's Discount Shooters Supply has a guy do that process.
A member here on the forum is a great gunsmith, and lives out in Estacada, goes by "Velzey".
I don't know what his work load is lately, but Curt's takes about a week to turn around.

Just make sure that you show whoever does the work, the exact position you want the flash hider or other extension to be in.

That service usually runs right about 40-50$
Turn around time for that will be quicker than Curts!
