But it IS PBS, so.. it would be safe to assume that the anti's have had their fair shot at passing it around whatever resources they use.

It's a completely meaningless poll because it's an internet poll.

This has as much statistical validity as sticking your finger in the wind.

Does anyone NOT grasp the difference between ACTUAL polling and a self-selecting group of anonymous internet people?

Yup. They call it "poll skewing." When there is an unsupervised internet poll like this, folks get together to skew the results by overwhelmingly voting one way by agreement. It's not a way to gauge public opinion, but it is a way for the pollers to mine the data of those who vote. So those of you who voted? Congratulations. Your spam email will increase.

Kinda sucks, huh Carl? I actually found the link to this "spurious" poll on an anti-gun facebook page. Gun control just isn't as popular as you were misled to believe it is. A few radical liberals do not speak for the American people.....period.
