Kind of surprised stuff like that didn't happen more often with people buying new cars but saying they can't pay their rent.

I honestly don't know why the landlord killed the couple. It could have been rent related or maybe the landlord is simply a psycho.

I did feel really bad for property owners during the great lock down hoax. Where first Brandon told people they no longer had to pay rent. Then King Jay said hold my beer and watch this as he extended it even longer. A lot of people lost their places that were investments over this crap.

We have twelve rental properties and only had one issue with one late payment. We were happy to see the tenants sheltering during the great hoax and happy to know they could care for their families.

If you had that many rental properties and they all paid you were one of the lucky ones. A LOT of people just stopped paying because they were told they no longer had to pay if they did not wish too. Sadly the banks that hold the loans were not told they had to allow the people who own the property not pay. The Counties also for some strange reason felt they still wanted the property taxes or they would take the place. Nice those families got be happy living free while the ones who bought the property were told to pound sand. Socialism is always great at spending other people money until they run out of other peoples money.
