It's the Circle Game. If you look at someone's hand while they are making a circle with it, they get to punch you. It's been around for decades but a couple of years ago some smartass on 4Chan decided to start a rumor that it's a racist symbol. It's gone all over the place and several large news outlets have fallen for it. Politicians have accused other politicians of being racist. And it turns out Trump has been doing the OK sign for years during public speeches, so a bunch of the militant Left went into apoplexy over that. Good times...

Added rules that were invented in the Navy for those really long, lonely deployments.....Allegedly.

If you make a circle, and without looking at it, the other person is able to "poke your hole" with a digit of his choice, he gets to punch you....but.....in his attempt to "poke your hole" you can grab his digit and hold on while starting to count up (as fast as you can). Whatever number you get up to before he can "pull out" is how many times you get get punch the poker. Moral of the story is, poking someone else's hole can be a bit dodgy.
