Paul Bunyan range members question

I'm interested in joining a new club but can't seem to find stats about the range and just get the machine when calling.
I'm looking to shoot 600 yards regularly. I see by the "history" on the web page, their are several shooting positions at this range. Reading the by laws "No Shooting beyond the 200 yard line except when approved in advance and in accordance with club rules."
Does that mean that yardage is not always open? What are the rules to shoot that distance?

My other option is Upper Nisqaully. It's more of a haul, but seems 550yds always open and I can bring out Big Mamma (50 BMG) to stretch her legs.

the 600 yard range shoots over the TOP of all the other ranges (except pistol) so guys have to get together and schedule the 600 yard shoots 2 - 3 months in advance so they can schedule the range to be closed to all other shooters.
