Patriot Act renewal, Republicans just don't get it!

In this case, it's the Republicans who are trying to expand Big Brother. There are plenty of opportunities to criticise Democrats for expanding Big Brother too. But in this case, it's the Republicans. Let's be clear about that.

It's not "we", the US is a tyranny of the majority and all the government has to do is bribe just enough people with our own tax money to retain power. The Patriot Act is the one of the most unpatriotic acts ever, it has done more harm to the American way of life than Osama and Al Qaeda ever did.

Completely agree. This act usurped some important protections guaranteed by the Constitution. The people that support it deserve no liberty.
