I got ahold of them awhile back and chatted. These kits are from buy backs/public turn in's all across the country. They buy them up and resell.
I've seen a couple of their kits first hand and they were in decent shape. All vacuum packed, parts separated and lubed.
One was a Win model 12 shotgun, it was in great shape overall. It did come with the complete receiver but it had been cut in three places.
Some of them are great buys, some not so much.

There's one S&W pistol that I'm thinking of getting just for the wood grips as they're hard to find and expensive when you do.
All the rest of the parts would be a bonus.
