It's a double stack 45, but it fits surprisingly well in the hand. My hands are probably medium.

My first 1911 was a Para P12. One of the reasons I bought it was the fact that it had a very decent grip size. The front strap is where you notice the width most (if you're comparing to single stack 1911), but overall it's not a heck of a lot wider.
