For sale is a used Para Ordnance Covert Black Nite Tac LDA 45. This is a 5" double stack 1911 chambered in 45 ACP. The LDA stands for "light double action." This has a tail for mounting accessories. This looks to have been manufactured in Canada.
I'm not the original owner so I don't know the exact round count, but I have about 100 rounds through the Barstow barrel. The pistol came with another barrel and guide rod parts, but I have not changed it since owning it. There are some scratches on the finish, but nothing that affects reliability. It's been 100% reliable.
I'm not the biggest 1911 shooter so I may get some of the nomenclature incorrect. Based on my research into what came installed from the factory, this pistol has some upgrades and comes with:
Hogue rubber grips, (factory set are included)
Metal mainspring housing (factory plastic mainspring housing included
Enlarged slide stop/release (factory slide stop included)
One piece full length guide rod (factory barrel bushing included)
two 14 round magazines
one 17 round magazine
Barstow barrel (currently installed)
Factory Para Ordnance barrel
Two guide rod plugs (presumably one is the factory plug)
One government model 5" barrel short GI style guide rod
Not willing to ship also not looking for any trades. Buyer pays transfer and background fees. Willing to meet face to face in most parts ofthe Portland metro area. PM with any questions.
