Just like the title says. It's an adapter that attaches between the grip and the receiver on your M92 (and maybe an M85, I'm not sure) in order to attach a buffer tube or brace setup. I had used it with a KAK Shockwave brace. I don't remember which company I purchased this from (CNC Warrior possibly). Pickup in Beaverton, OR.
