If it was a true blue illegal SBR I bet he'll certainly see prison time.If this is in fact an illegal SBR, how do you guys think it'll play out in court?

All for nothing, another political prisoner for the American Gulag. They will have to let a murderer out to make room for this sad sack.
... and become one of the homeless he was complaining about. Oh snap!In better times they would have thrown this guy in a cell overnight to let him sleep it off, then make him pick up roadside trash for a while. That's too simple for the prison-industrial complex though.
He might want to look into Alcoholics Anonymous, and also find a different line of work than production of alcoholic beverages. After he gets out... Of course when he does get out he will be unemployable, so he can go on welfare...
I'm not sure, I'm not very knowledgeable on things I can't afford
Could be this one? http://www.oregonlaws.org/ors/166.272
I'm surprised he was released on $5k bail.
I bet you it was a pistol. If he was an avid collector, there is no way he'd be dumb enough to make an SBR.
I too will chime in and say: Lets see this supposed SBR.
try 42k

Yes, "possible illegal firearm", methinks as others think an AR pistol.
Quite probably, I've never been arrested so I don't capiche the street lingo gangster slang, cop speak. That's quite the difference!
If you're referring to the charge list I think "Poss" is for possession rather than possible.
