Is Andrew (Coctailer) still doing business in Vancouver as an FFL? I had heard he was moving. I sent him messages but no response yet. If he isn't, does anyone have suggestions for an FFL in the area. I am having a gun sent in for a video and I need an FFL to transfer it in to me.

He is still operating his Washington office as far as I know. He did move but is keeping the operations open. Maybe give him a bit more time?

I paid for it. It is not free...but I could not find it locally so I had to buy it from a dealer in MO.
