I fully agree with your assessment on the state of mental care, however in this case she does seem quite qualified for employment on the Oregonian editorial staff....

There's an interesting video on the active denial system on youtube that was taken when the Israelis made good use of it on the Palestinians. After watching it I kept wondering why we don't use it on the Mexican border.
