Now THAT'S a fantastic response!!!!

On another note;
DFW does not need to "ask" permission, as long as they gain access to the stream off your property, and stay "in" the stream while on your property.

I find it absolutely awesome. Someone posted this a few days ago on a fishing forum I am a member of. There are a few passionate ODFW fans on there and that letter really got their panties in a bunch:D.

I maybe wrong, but I believe that only applies to navigable waters as defined years ago. I am not aware of any law that allows anybody to do that and I have property with non navigable flowing water on it. You come up my stream or pond uninvited and you will be questioned.
