I hope Sheriff Palmer gets better soon and that it is nothing with long-term effects. He is a good Sheriff. There should be more like him.

If I received an envelope that looked like that I would definitely give second thoughts to opening it - period.

Yeah looked like the sheriff's that are standing their ground against current pufflecrats in Salem.

I wuz thinkin' the exact same thing when I saw the news this morning.

Kinda surprised there aren't more things happening to LeOs with all the riots and protests against cops these days.
I will always hold them in the highest regard.

I thought I heard the Feds have a person of interest.
Hopefully they lock him in a room with a few of those Sheriffs.

Wonder what the ramblings were about? Was that a media edit (because it doesn't fit their agenda) or do they not actually know.

Palmer said the letter contained political ramblings, and after reading it he felt a burning sensation on his arms and forehead and a metallic taste in his mouth.

That Sheriff was the only one with a reaction and you would think they would know what the substance almost immediately.

Seems like there's a lot that's being withheld.
