Never knew there to be any signifigant differences on this. Typically any liscenced dealer can do this for you and if you ask any of them they will tell you their fee right up front. Start with the one closest to where you live and ask him.

I used Fort Moe Arms (Scott) earlier this week to transfer a firearm from WA to OR. Would recommend and use again. Great guy, very polite and very smart. He's not far from NW Armory in Southeast Portland.
