I'm surprised more are not charging a little more. I just recently completed a transfer at tigard pawn. I'd do it again even if they upped to $45.
However, I digress. Try J&B Firearms on Canyon.
The FFL's still hanging a shingle and honoring the 3 day are getting rare

$37 is the price for person to person transfers at Tigard Pawn. Shipped in transfer price is $30.
