Comes with original box, extra spring from Smith, chamber flag and five magazines. Four Smith and one aftermarket.
Adjustable sight.
A little scuff on the slide in front of the front sight, nothing major. Tight gun and ran flawlessly when I put rounds through it. I'm the second owner. No idea on round count. Overall real nice.
72 rounds of S&B FMJ, approximately 50 rounds of mixed FMJ and HP (older- no idea on brand(s)), and 30 Federal HST.
Kramer leather holster and double magazine belt pouch in good condition.
