Dammit... if that was a 4" barrel I'd be over tomorrow morning with six crisp $100 bills! :(

I have the same gun and it's deadly even out to 80-100 yards! I love it if I could justify this in my safe I would like to have another.

That's what I saw at Bimart last time I looked but that was awhile ago.

    Thanks, for the info.:)

Man, oh man...wish i was up there and had $850. Always liked Ruger, and I have that boy's ancestor. Be a shame if they weren't reunited... haha.

Good luck with your sale! That's definitely a price I would pay if I had the money!

Oh, Joe - Those are the grips I was telling you about. Black walnut to 320 grit, with teak oil, no other finish. Wanted it to have a "right off the tree and into my hand" kinda feel.

Haha, you missed the "if I had $850" part. I'm looking for an AK or AR platform, or an inexpensive one of each, to give my mother a more ergonomic rifle she can shoot more easily, and all my "extra" money is trying to stay around for that. So outside of swaps, I'm stuck with window shopping, haha.

I read that part;) - I was just adding that in case there are others in OR that just don't want to travel very far but would like the gun.
