I would love to own a Colt SAA finances, wife and the times say not now, so I'm looking for real world opinions on other makes from any of you who own Colt copies which ones to look at and which ones to stay away from and why thanks
I would recommend the Ruger Vaquero also, they make many models. The italian makers like Uberti and others really seem to do a good job anymore. Beretta even makes one.
the rugers are tanks compared to 'colt clones',but i'll take my clones any day..much slimmer and trimmer, and with std loads will last a loooooooooooooong time...one of mine is going on 20 years.
if u can find a New Vaquero, they were built slimmer and trimmer than the std vaquero, and will b much better steel than the Italian guns
