I've checked and it's correct. If leg passes bill which makes us become cert for EACH gun we carry concealed....then I will open carry. Seems there's no provision for that.Truth be told, I'll trust some peoples information here but not all...
My state (NC) saws you can open carry without a permit if of age to possess a handgun, but you may not open carry a handgun if you have a CCW permit. Screwy, but that's the law. Personally, I'd rather carry concealed if I have the option. Element of surprise, etc.
