Too bad about the loss of correctness.
Strange that a collector that paid so much would cause such a thing to happen.
Surely he didn't shoot it? Perhaps the toggle was switched during import?
I have seen rifles that were shipped in mass, with there bolts removed. Presumably to make them inert if stolen in transit. They ended up with whatever bolt from the batch that headspaced safely. But were otherwise correct.
