That's more like regular hunting! I hope he doesn't get down hunting next year if he doesn't get a buck. That can happen, early success, bad aftershock.

I came home tonight to a decent sized young buck standing in my driveway.

I am sure there was a doe around somewhere - I rarely see the bucks here except this time of year when they are in rut or starting to be in the rut.

We have a good sized atypical up here too.
