Looks like those chairs are actually the height that nObama is sitting in.

It appears that they added a piece for the other guy. Look closely. Possibly the bottoms are threaded and they could add/remove different length pieces at will.

Oh, the Antique Roadshow crowd will love the versatility of these new "politically correct" chairs.
