"Indian" bb gun, made in Japan.
I picked up this old air rifle today at a garage sale along with a very nice Remington 511 .22 cal rifle.
The air rifle had a couple of bb's stuck in the barrel.
I took it apart and cleaned every thing up and soaked the leather washers in oil to soften them.
I get very little air pressure when fired. It wont push out a pellet or a bb.
If you cock it and fire it (the pellet doesn't move) but you get a hiss of compressed air when you break it open.
Bore was very smooth inside the compression chamber.
Can you make your own leather washers?
Any help would be appreciated.
