oddity or asymmetrical warfare ?

The whole story from top to bottom could be fabricated. Or some guy in China with a shipping job got out of the wrong side of bed one morning. Or Xi rubbed his hands and said, "I have an even better way to destroy the United States". I'm just joking on that last one. :)
