This guy has multiple ads on Craigslist advertising to people on public assistance how to get an "Obama Phone." This lifeline program has been in place for years, but it appears that it is becoming yet another goody in the gift bag of free stuff for the takers that is paid for by the makers.

I looked for this after seeing the thread about someone selling their food stamps on there as well.
