He'll trip, fall and sign it. Or it will pop up under some obscure farming bill he signs.. he is getting good at that.

Don't blame the POTUS for this. It's our system. A bill could come up regarding issue "A" and when all is said and done the House and Senate will have added, taken away, modified, and otherwise bastardized the legislation to the point the bill no longer addresses issue "A".

The only way the whitehouse squatter wont sign it is if he's impeached or removed from office.

Obama has a LOT of arm twisting to do with Senators yet.
Not only will he sign it, as proof of his globalist outlook, but he wants it ratified as well, as a sign he can get his pet projects approved.
