There is no way Biden knows anything about a teleprompter. I find it hard to believe anything he ever says has ever been thought out even...much less written down before hand.

I was actually surprised that he went on and did quite well. Many great speakers use similar methods but it was still funny to see his reaction.

I hear that. The fact that he has been in the Senate for 26 years is amazing given his penchant for babbling.

People who've met him have said that personally he's one of the most charming and engaging people in Washington.

Even so, I sure hope nothing happens to Obama. . .
